Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of ICCCVan was held on Thursday, June 24, 2021, in accordance with the Societies Act of BC and the Bylaws of the Ireland-Canada Chamber of Commerce-Vancouver (ICCCVan).

• Call to order and establishment of a quorum
• Approve the agenda  
• Approve minutes of previous AGM 
• President’s report 
• Treasurer’s report 
• Matters arising from the President’s and Treasurer’s reports 
• Election of officers and directors (motion to ratify officers of the Chamber)
• Any other business

Memberships

In accordance with the Bylaws of ICCCVan, only fully paid-up members (as of June 23, 2021) were eligible to vote at general meetings.  Anyone who wishes to join or renew their membership can do so at ICCCVan.ca/membership.
