This Privacy Policy is applicable to Ireland-Canada Chamber of Commerce Vancouver and sets out our policy on the gathering and use of information on this site and our other sites (collectively “Sites”). Applications in use with our website

We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by our Board Members and technical staff in order to provide you support.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally-identifiable information without your opt in consent when becoming a member. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us.

Stripe

We are integrated with Stripe to manage payments for membership. Stripe will collect personal data such as Name and Credit Card information when signing up for membership on our website.

Welcome to the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce Vancouver (“ICCCVan”) website. By accessing or using our website located at https://icccvan.ca (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

ICCCVan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. 3. Membership and Accounts

Users do not need to create an account to access the Site. However, certain features, such as member profiles and certain materials, require a membership. Memberships are annual subscriptions available for individual users and corporate users.

4. Information Collection and Use

We collect users’ names, emails, contact information, and payment information when they purchase memberships or event tickets. This information is strictly controlled and monitored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Content and Services

The Site offers various types of content, including articles, videos, and user content published to the member directory. ICCCVan owns all content provided on the Site. Members may share content with permission from ICCCVan.

6. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Spamming
  • Hacking
  • Using bots
  • Advertising or engaging in any illegal activities

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access to the Site and its services.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled via Stripe. Refunds are provided within 10 days of membership start. Cancellations are effective for the duration of the membership period. Users who cancel within the 10-day period will not have access to membership content on the Site.

All content on the Site is the property of ICCCVan. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site without permission is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
